Stochastly vs StrategyQuant X
StrategyQuant X generates trading strategies automatically through random generation and genetic evolution, then retests and improves them. Stochastly is a desktop application in which a strategy is drawn as a graph and each result comes with statistics that count the trials behind it.

Which one fits your work
StrategyQuant X is the better fit when
you want a machine to search the space of rule combinations for you and you are comfortable buying a lifetime licence.
Stochastly is the better fit when
you design the strategy yourself and want to know how much of its backtest survives the number of trials: the deflated Sharpe ratio, PBO and Romano-Wolf StepM adjust for the variants you tried, and a monthly subscription fits you better than a licence.
Using both
A generator produces many candidates; Stochastly measures the selection. A candidate rebuilt as a graph in Stochastly gets a deflated Sharpe ratio that accounts for the search that produced it.
